International Proxy Buying & Shipping Policy
This policy applies to individual international buyers using our proxy purchasing service. By placing an order and completing payment through our Shopify store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.
We operate as a proxy purchasing service. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and international shipping involves risks and country-specific restrictions.
Age requirement: By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years old or older (or the age of majority where you live) and authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not accept orders from anyone under 18. Any orders placed in violation of this policy will be canceled and refunded.
1. Shipping Policy
Group Orders (U.S. Shipments)
All shipments to the United States are processed exclusively as group shipments, unless otherwise arranged and explicitly approved by us in advance. Individual shipping requests to the U.S. will not be accepted without prior written approval.
Shipping Restrictions & Dangerous Goods
Our shipping operations prioritize air shipping whenever possible. As a result, items that are prohibited or restricted for air transport cannot be shipped by default.
Certain items, such as lighters, may occasionally be included in orders. In such cases, shipping may proceed only after consultation with the buyer, for example by excluding the restricted item (e.g., removing the lighter from the package) while shipping the remaining items.
Perfumes and fragrance products are strictly prohibited from air shipping.
- All perfume shipments are handled exclusively via sea freight
- Shipping is limited to countries officially supported by Korea Post’s sea shipping service
- If sea shipping is not available to the buyer’s destination country, the perfume item cannot be shipped
By placing an order containing perfume or fragrance products, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these shipping limitations.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit, as shipping is beyond our direct control. Tracking information will be provided when available. After shipment, all delivery-related issues fall under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Shipping Cost Estimates & Requests
Shipping fees vary based on the actual packed box size, weight, and destination.
Final shipping costs are calculated after packing is completed, based on real shipment measurements. Shipping fees are requested separately and are not included in the item price.
All shipping fee requests are sent to the email address provided by the customer when submitting the order form.
If a buyer avoids, ignores, or repeatedly delays payment of the requested shipping fee:
- We will store the items in our warehouse for up to one (1) year from the date of the shipping fee request
- During this storage period, no additional obligation to ship or refund applies
If the shipping fee remains unpaid beyond one (1) year, we reserve the right to dispose of or discard the items at our discretion. In such cases, the buyer waives all rights to claims, refunds, or compensation related to the disposed items.
Customs, Duties, and Delays
We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or fees imposed by the destination country. Any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
2. U.S. Declaration & Insurance
All U.S.-bound shipments are declared at their actual purchase value for customs purposes. Insurance coverage is applied based on the declared value. Additional costs may arise due to accurate declaration, insurance requirements, or carrier policies. We do not undervalue shipments under any circumstances.
3. Item Inspection & Damage Claims
Items are checked externally only before packing to confirm correctness and the absence of visible defects.
As a general rule, sealed or factory-packaged items are not opened. Internal inspection is not performed unless explicitly requested by the buyer.
If you wish to have items inspected prior to international shipping, you must request a paid item inspection service in advance. Additional inspection fees apply, and such requests must be confirmed before shipment.
Please note that many Korean retailers require a continuous unboxing video to process claims for damage or missing items. Without proper video evidence, refunds or replacements may be denied by the original seller.
While we will assist in contacting the seller when issues arise, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements, as these decisions are made solely by the original retailer.
4. Payment Method Policy
Accepted Payment Method
Currently, our shop accepts PayPal as the sole payment method.
This decision is made to ensure smoother transactions for customers worldwide. Credit card payments may be subject to country-specific restrictions, limitations, or higher decline rates, depending on the buyer’s location.
Additionally, credit card processing often involves higher service and platform fees. By using PayPal, we aim to maintain transparent pricing and provide a stable and secure payment experience for international buyers.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to use PayPal as the payment method for all transactions on our store.
5. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
All orders are final once submitted.
Cancellations or refunds are only permitted if:
- The item is confirmed to be out of stock, or
- The item has not yet been purchased on your behalf
All PayPal transaction fees and Shopify platform fees are non-refundable and must be covered by the buyer. Once an item has been purchased through the proxy service, the transaction is considered final.
6. Proxy Fee Policy
Proxy Buying Fee
The proxy buying service fee is included in the listed item price, unless stated otherwise.
The proxy fee is generally approximately 32%, which includes PayPal fees and Shopify platform transaction fees, unless separately noted.
Shipping fees are not included and will be charged separately once packing is completed.
Bulky & Heavy Items
Certain bulky or heavy items—including but not limited to glasses, tin cases, illustration boards, binders, and special kits—may include additional handling and packing fees in the listed price. These fees reflect the cost of special packaging materials, reinforced packing, and shipping preparation.
7. Shipping Liability Limitation
As a proxy purchasing service, we do not assume liability for loss or damage occurring during transit. However, when applicable, we will assist in processing compensation within the coverage limits provided by the shipping carrier. All compensation procedures and carrier responses will be handled and shared transparently with the buyer.
8. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By placing an order through our Shopify store, you acknowledge and agree that you:
- Understand the nature of proxy purchasing services
- Accept the risks associated with international shipping
- Agree to group shipment procedures for U.S. destinations
- Accept accurate customs declaration and potential additional fees
- Acknowledge that refunds, replacements, or reimbursements are not guaranteed
