What's included in the price?

All fees are included in the price of each item.

This includes:

- Price of Item

- A 30% Proxy Fee

International and US Domestic Shipping is NOT included! These will be directly billed.

Korean Domestic Shipping is billed at checkout.

Why is my order taking so long to ship? / When will I receive my order?

Order shipping is dependent on the manufacturer. Please understand that this may means delays can occur with the manufacturer themselves.

All preorder items will be marked "preorder" and will have an estimated shipping dates within the description.

Can I refund or cancel an order?

Please contact us immediately in case of an error.

No refund or cancellation will be accepted after the order has been received. Refunds will only be given if the item is out of stock.

Preorders cannot be canceled.

Can I place a custom order?

How are benefits rewarded?

Benefits are rewarded based on the amount spent with each shop. These requirements may vary.
