How Our Shipping Works?

J&J primarily ships to the U.S. and Canada for our BL friends. If you need shipping within Korea or to other countries, please make sure to email us after your purchase.

1. Order

When you place an order at J&J Shop, JY purchases the item from Korea.

  • J&J does not keep stock in advance. Instead, we place orders with each shop as we receive your order.
  • The shipping fee displayed at checkout covers the domestic shipping cost within Korea when JY purchases items from each shop.
  • You've shopped online before, right? When you buy multiple items from a single shop, they can be shipped together. You can find the shop's name easily within the product information.

2. Ship to US/CA

The items purchased by JY are packed into a large box and sent to Julzy in the U.S. Julzy then distributes the grouped shipments to individual customers.

  • By using group shipping, you can save on international shipping costs—something experienced customers already know well.
  • International shipping fees will be charged separately through Julzy; once the group shipment arrives in the United States.
  • Shipping fees shouldn't cost more than the item's price. We highly recommend this group delivery.

3. Ship to Other Countries

For countries outside the U.S. and Canada, JY will ship directly from Korea to the destination country.

  • If you need shipping to another country or a different address within Korea, please make sure to email us at support@jnjshop.net with your order No.
  • The shipping fee will be charged separately, and a service fee of 15% of the actual shipping cost will apply.
  • For reference, we can ship to countries where Korea Post's international shipping service is available. Please contact us for inquiries.

Cautions

There are various factors that can affect shipping. Please review the following important notices!

  • Pre-Order

    If you order multiple items at once and there is a delay of more than two months due to issues from the original shop, the shipment may be split for US/CA orders.

    For other countries, the order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

  • Perfumes

    Perfumes are strictly prohibited for air transport. Therefore, they are shipped separately from regular parcels via DG cargo.

    DG shipping costs more than twice the standard shipping fee. Please consider carefully whether you truly need your man's fragrance before placing your order.

  • Delay

    JY usually ships to Julzy once a week. However, in rare cases, customs clearance may cause delays. Additionally, during the holiday seasons, due to the high volume of shipments; delivery delays can be expected.
