What's included in the price?
All fees are included in the price of each item.
This includes:
- Price of Item
- A 30% Proxy Fee
International and US Domestic Shipping is NOT included! These will be directly billed.
Korean Domestic Shipping is billed at checkout.
How does shipping work?
There are a total of two payments needed.
1st is shipping from Korea to the proxy. 2nd is shipping from the proxy to you.
United States shipping only.
We do not offer Korea to Korea shipping.
Why is my order taking so long to ship? / When will I receive my order?
Order shipping is dependent on the manufacturer. Please understand that this may means delays can occur with the manufacturer themselves.
All preorder items will be marked "preorder" and will have an estimated shipping dates within the description.
Can I refund or cancel an order?
Please contact us immediately in case of an error.
No refund or cancellation will be accepted after the order has been received. Refunds will only be given if the item is out of stock.
Preorders cannot be canceled.
Can I place a custom order?
Can a Non-BL order be requested?
Yes, but when asking for non-BL cafes or merchandise, please provide the original website link or original link to the announcement. We are NOT responsible if the link is outdated or faulty; this is your responsibility. There is some difficulty for non BL cafes as knowledge on the franchise is limited.
When requesting a cafe, whether it is BL merch or not, please understand location, availability, and interest will determine if we will attend the cafe.
Can an order outside of Korea be requested?
Please understand that we mainly order Korean merchandise. Our proxy service is Korean based. You will need to contact us directly about placing an order outside of Korea.
How are benefits rewards?
Benefits are rewarded based on the amount spent with each shop. These requirements may vary.
Please take into account at 30% proxy fee is included in each price and does not count towards benefit price. Please see price amount listed with [preorder item] for details on benefit requirements.
