U.S. Perfume Delivery Restarted
Hello, this is JY from J&J Shop.
We are pleased to inform you that Korea Post has finally resumed shipping to the United States. After about a month of system maintenance, international shipments officially restarted on September 22nd, and we sent out a test shipment containing perfume on September 23rd.
For our current U.S./Canada group shipping, we have already addressed most of the customs clearance issues to ensure convenience for our customers. However, when relying on Korea Post, customs duties and other related fees were not clearly defined, which has been a concern for us. We now have a clearer picture of the situation.
By the end of this week, we will confirm the shipping fees, duties, and any additional charges, and proceed with all pending perfume shipments that had been on hold.
