Shipping Delay for the Paws and Claws China Pre-Order

First of all, thank you very much for your interest and support for the Paws and Claws China pre-order. This has been the largest China group order in J&J Shop’s history, and we truly appreciate all of your orders.

Originally, shipments from China to Korea began in February 2026, and we expected to start shipping orders from Korea to the U.S. by the end of February. (The shipping and customs process from China to Korea usually takes about one week.)

However, due to the large number of orders, the shipment had to be divided into multiple large boxes. In addition, our staff in China discovered some defective items during inspection, and several products needed to be exchanged before shipping.

At the moment, most of the boxes have already arrived in Korea, but the final box is still waiting to be dispatched from China. Because of the impact of the Chinese New Year (CNY) holiday, shipping volumes in China have been unusually high, which has delayed the final shipment. That last box is expected to arrive in Korea soon.

Technically, we could begin shipping orders using the boxes that have already arrived. However, the issue involves the Special Gifts included with this group order. For group purchases like this, we always try our best to distribute the Special Gifts fairly and accurately to each customer. This process can only be completed once the final box containing the remaining gifts arrives.

As soon as the final box arrives, we will immediately begin sorting orders and preparing shipments.
