IMPORTANT NOTICE: SHIPPING TO EU - Final

Hello everyone,

We would like to provide an updated notice regarding shipping from Korea to EU countries.

Due to recent changes in EU customs regulations and Korea Post's international shipping procedures, shipping requirements have become more complicated for certain EU destinations.

J&J Shop has been reviewing the available shipping methods carefully and will handle each shipment accordingly.

📦 J&J SHIPPING POLICY FOR EU ORDERS

To help keep customs duties and related charges as reasonable as possible, J&J Shop will generally divide shipments so that the declared value of each parcel remains under approximately EUR 150 whenever possible. Or We will try to adjust total invoice value under EUR 150.

Our current guideline for EU shipments is EUR 150. If the total declared value is EUR 150 or less, customs duty is generally fixed at EUR 3 per item category. Above EUR 150, percentage-based customs duty rates may apply depending on the product category and destination country, which can significantly increase the total customs charges. Therefore, J&J Shop generally keeps EU shipments within EUR 150 whenever possible.

If an order needs to be divided into multiple parcels, J&J Shop will arrange the shipment accordingly.

🇩🇪 GERMANY / 🇳🇱 NETHERLANDS / 🇸🇪 SWEDEN

Please pay special attention if your order is being shipped to one of these three countries.

Currently, shipments to Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) procedures.

This means that applicable customs duties and taxes(Germany 19%, Neterlands 21%, Sweden 25%) are processed by the sender as part of the shipping procedure rather than being handled in the usual way after arrival.

At present, J&J Shop is only using EMS for shipments to these three countries due to the current postal and customs requirements.

However, EMS shipping costs can be relatively high. We will continue monitoring Korea Post's policies and available services. If less expensive options such as International Parcel become available and can be used safely under the required customs procedures, J&J Shop will apply the more reasonable shipping option whenever possible.

🇷🇴 ROMANIA

Unfortunately, under the current Korea Post requirements, shipments to Romania require a special shipping method (EMS Premium).

After reviewing the cost and practical difficulties involved, J&J Shop has decided that we cannot reasonably provide shipping to Romania at this time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and will review this again if the shipping conditions change in the future.

🇪🇺 OTHER EU COUNTRIES

If you are located in an EU country other than Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, or Romania, there is generally no need to worry too much.

Shipping to the remaining EU countries can generally continue through available international postal services.

J&J Shop will review the available options for each destination and select a reasonable and appropriate shipping method for your order.

Our goal is simple: to deliver your order safely while avoiding unnecessarily expensive shipping costs whenever possible.

As EU customs and international postal procedures are still changing, shipping methods may be adjusted in the future. If there is any important change that directly affects your order, we will contact you individually.
