A Little Note from J&J Shop 💗

Hello everyone, this is JY. 💗

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to all of you.

J&J Shop started as a very small community order, and thanks to all the love and support you’ve shown us, we’ve gradually received more and more orders. We truly appreciate every single one of you.

To be honest, Julzy and I were simply fans who loved BL comics and MD merchandise. As we kept helping with purchases and shipping, we realized we needed a better system to manage everything — and that’s how J&J Shop was created.

What started within a small community eventually grew, and now many people outside of that original community are also using our shop. We are incredibly grateful for that.

Recently, however, the number of orders has increased quite a lot, and both JY and Julzy have become a little overloaded. We both have our regular jobs during the day, and then work on J&J Shop at night.

Of course, we will continue doing our very best to handle every order carefully and responsibly, just as we always have. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that shipping and order processing may sometimes take a little longer than usual.

There have also been several things happening at the same time lately — delays with U.S. group shipping because of the PINK BEAR from the Tears on a Withered Flower pop-up, changes to European shipping and customs policies, and other unexpected shipping issues.

There were honestly so many things to worry about that I sometimes found myself wondering,
“Are we disappointing our customers?”
So I wanted to leave this message and explain what has been happening.

We may not be lightning fast!! ⚡😂
but we promise to keep working steadily, sincerely, and carefully to fulfill your orders.

After all, we are BL fans too. We understand how exciting it is to wait for something you really love, and we understand how much these items can mean to you.

So we sincerely ask for just a little patience and understanding. 💗
Especially since Korea is now entering the holiday season as well… which is another thing making JY slightly nervous. 😭
