Hello, this is JY. We finally received a response from CBP regarding the package EG028967***KR, which had been held up due to customs issues. The package was initially flagged by a customs detection dog as potentially containing agricultural products, which is why it was delayed in clearance.
However, we have now received confirmation that there are no issues, and the package is proceeding through the final customs clearance steps. It will soon arrive at JUL.
